How Can We Help?Contact

Starter services · Fixed scope, fixed fee

A bounded first engagement that ends in a decision.

Each one has a scope and a fee agreed in writing before it starts, and a finish date. You own what it produces, in source. When the honest answer is to stop, the decision says so.

The six

One diagnostic, five interventions

Start with the diagnostic when nobody can say what is true. Go straight to an intervention when the problem already has a name.

The diagnostic

  • Two weeks

    AI & Data Assessment Sprint

    For when
Nobody in the room can say, with evidence, what is ready, what is not and what it blocks.
    You leave with
Six AI-readiness dimensions scored against your own systems, a gap register, a cost view and next steps in priority order.
    It ends in
What to do first, in a form a budget committee can act on.

The interventions

  • 2 to 4 weeks

    AI & Agent Pilot

    For when
One generative AI use case looks promising, and nobody knows whether it holds up in real work.
    You leave with
A running system in your workflow, an evaluation harness, and measured quality, adoption and unit economics.
    It ends in
Scale it, change it or stop.
  • 2 to 4 weeks

    Data Platform Accelerator

    For when
Every AI idea ends up waiting on the data platform, and the platform is due for another rebuild.
    You leave with
A diagnostic of your estate, then a foundation on Fabric, Databricks or Snowflake built from what survives it.
    It ends in
Keep, fix or build, part by part, with the pattern your team runs afterwards.
  • 2 to 4 weeks

    AI Governance Quickstart

    For when
An AI use case is stuck somewhere between legal, risk and security.
    You leave with
A named review path, a decision log and a policy drafted for approval, built with your risk owners.
    It ends in
A decision on one real use case, and a path you keep for the next one.
  • One working session

    Executive AI Workshop

    For when
The leadership team does not agree what AI is for, or everyone has a favorite project.
    You leave with
A ranked shortlist of use cases and one first move.
    It ends in
Which AI use case to fund first.
  • 2 to 4 weeks

    Cyber Risk Sprint

    For when
Your security review was written before the AI arrived.
    You leave with
An inventory of the AI you actually run, scored against NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 27001, every exposure ranked by consequence.
    It ends in
What to close first, and what closing each one will take.

Which one sounds like your last meeting?

Pick the line closest to what was said in the room. If none fits, start from the five questions to answer before the money moves.

The terms

The same five terms for all six

  • Fixed scopeAgreed before any work starts.
  • Fixed feeAgreed in writing up front. No hourly billing, and no change orders for work inside the scope.
  • A finish dateTwo to four weeks, or a single working session for the workshop.
  • A decision at the endStopping is one of the possible answers, and the decision says so when it is the right one.
  • Yours to keepWhat the engagement produces is yours, delivered in source. Nothing obliges you to continue with us.

Questions

Asked before the scoping call

Is the scoping conversation free?

Yes. Thirty minutes to agree whether a starter service fits, which one, and what it would cost. If none fits, we say so.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Each engagement is priced for its scope, and the fee is fixed in writing before any work starts. Where a service has a standard fee, its own page shows it; otherwise the scoping call sets it.

Can we run more than one at a time?

Usually they run one after another. The decision at the end of the first shapes what the second should be.

Do we have to continue with you afterwards?

No. You own what the engagement produces, in source, and the decision at the end is yours to act on, with us or without us.

What happens if the answer is to stop?

Then the decision says so, with the evidence behind it. Stopping a program before the larger budget moves is a result, not a failure.

Not sure which one? Tell us the situation.

Thirty minutes, free. We will name the starter service that fits, or tell you that none does.
