Careers & talent network
Do the work, not the politics.
Data scientists, engineers, designers and project managers working as one team on hard problems for real clients. We keep the hierarchy flat and the individual contribution visible.
Why Data Products
Work that goes beyond the job description.
Data Products was founded to build solutions from the insight inside large, messy data. We model the problem first and optimize the solution from there, and the people who do that work sit close to the client and the decision.
Our teams bring together data scientists, software engineers, designers and project managers. We believe in an open working environment that keeps the hierarchy small and makes each person's contribution count.
Data Products is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer and offers employees a comprehensive benefits package.
The talent network
How you join the bench.
We staff our own engagements and our staff augmentation clients from the same vetted bench of senior people. We are always meeting people for it.
Step 1
Technical screen
A conversation and technical screen run by a senior practitioner who does the same work on our engagements.
Step 2
Paid trial task
A short, paid piece of real work, so we judge delivery rather than interview performance.
Step 3
Past engagements
A check of the work you have delivered before. Agreements and confidentiality terms are signed before you join the bench.
