One version of the numbers, on the Microsoft platform you run.
We build data platforms on Azure and Microsoft Fabric, with Power BI reporting on a governed semantic layer, so leaders work from live data instead of weeks-old spreadsheets, and sensitive data is seen only by the people who should see it.

Built on Microsoft
A people-data platform across Azure, Snowflake and Power BI, with Power BI carrying the semantic layer and the dashboards. We build across mixed estates rather than force one vendor's stack. The client is described, not named.
-
A multi-site care provider
A people-data platform over the core people system
Scattered HR spreadsheets replaced by automated ingestion and modeling, row- and column-level security, a semantic layer and HR dashboards, so leaders work from live data instead of weeks-old reports.
- 30%reporting efficiency gained
- 45%fewer reporting errors
- 70%of staff found it easier to use

For Microsoft sellers
Selling Microsoft? When to bring us into an account.
Each of these is a Microsoft license that has not yet turned into results. We run the engagement on the platform your customer bought, and agree the approach with you first.
Their Power BI Premium capacity term is ending.
Microsoft is retiring Power BI Premium per-capacity licenses, so the workspaces move to Fabric capacity. We plan the move, check every report and refresh, and put the new capacity to work.

How a referral works
- Tell us the account and the situation. Your name, your email and one line are enough.
- We talk with you first. Nothing reaches the customer until we agree the approach.
- We run the engagement on the platform you sold, and keep you informed.

Questions
Are you a Microsoft partner?
Yes. We are a Microsoft partner, and we are model-neutral by policy: no partnership is exclusive.
Do we need Fabric to work with you?
No. We build on the Azure estate you have, Fabric or not, and say when a move would not pay for itself.
Can you work with the Power BI reports we already have?
Yes. Most work starts there: we keep what holds up, fix the definitions, and rebuild what does not. The BI & Data Visualization practice shows how.
Our Power BI Premium capacity is up for renewal. What changes?
Microsoft is retiring Power BI Premium per-capacity licenses: each one ends with its agreement term, and the workspaces move to Fabric capacity. Pro and Premium Per User licenses are not affected. We plan the move, check every report, refresh and gateway on the new capacity, and put what it now pays for to work, starting with the Data Platform Accelerator.
I sell Microsoft. How do I bring you into an account?
Use "Send us this account" on the situation that fits, or send us an account from this page. A person replies, and we agree the approach with you before anyone contacts the customer.
Bring the report nobody trusts.
Whether the platform is new, half-built or up for renewal, the first conversation is about the numbers your leaders need and where they come from.
Built on Microsoft. Data platforms and Power BI people trust.
