IBM Partner Plus

Assistants and agents that hold up in front of real people.

We have built on IBM's assistant platform since a city put one on its 311 line, and now build agents on watsonx Orchestrate: answering only from approved sources, acting in the systems you already run, and handing over to a person with the context.

Illustrative: an agent answers from approved sources, acts in the systems behind it, and offers a person.

Built with IBM

Three assistants in live service, built on IBM Watson. Our agent work continues on watsonx Orchestrate. Clients are described, not named.

  • A major US city's 311 service

An assistant inside the live 311 call flow

A curated knowledge base staff could update without code, routing by ZIP code to the right facility, and a clean hand-off to an agent with the context, during a period of fast-changing public guidance.

  • A life-sciences data and communications provider

An assistant that answers only from approved labels

Voice and text answers drawn only from approved labels and inserts, tied to the customer account, with audience rules for pharmacists, patients, clinicians and hospitals enforced on every response.

  • A global electronics manufacturer

A support agent that resolves before it escalates

An omnichannel virtual agent that recognizes the user, pulls history from the CRM and the service desk, offers the three likeliest fixes, and hands off with the full context.

    • 37%fewer Tier 1 live-agent contacts
    • 28%higher first-contact resolution
    • 22%faster time to answer

What we solve together

Four situations where IBM's platform and our team fit together. Each starts with a fixed-scope engagement.

  1. An assistant on a live service line

Callers and customers get answers from approved sources, routed to the right place, with a person one step away.

    Talk through your service line
  2. Agents that act, not just answer

On watsonx Orchestrate, an agent looks things up, takes the next step in your systems, and knows when to hand over.

    Plan an agent with us
  3. Answers that stay inside what is approved

In regulated work, the agent answers only from approved content, and the rules for each audience hold on every response.

    Talk through your rules
  4. Use that lasts after go-live

Teams learn to work with the agent, and the measures show whether the work changed, not just whether it launched.

For IBM sellers

Selling IBM? When to bring us into an account.

Each of these is an IBM license that has not yet turned into results. We run the engagement on the platform your customer bought, and agree the approach with you first.

How a referral works

  1. Tell us the account and the situation. Your name, your email and one line are enough.
  2. We talk with you first. Nothing reaches the customer until we agree the approach.
  3. We run the engagement on the platform you sold, and keep you informed.

Questions

Are you an IBM partner?

Yes. We partner with IBM through IBM Partner Plus, and we are model-neutral by policy: no partnership is exclusive.

Do we need watsonx to work with you?

No. The recommendation follows your data and your footprint. If your platform is IBM, we build on it; if it is not, the Generative AI & AI Agents practice describes the same work elsewhere.

Can you work on an assistant built before watsonx Orchestrate?

Yes. The assistants above were built on IBM Watson before watsonx Orchestrate, and we build on both.

We run Watson Assistant today. Can you take us to watsonx Orchestrate?

Yes. We built assistants on Watson and now build agents on watsonx Orchestrate, so we keep the content, routing and hand-offs that work and add agents that act in your systems. The AI & Agent Pilot takes the first one to production.

I sell IBM. How do I bring you into an account?

Use "Send us this account" on the situation that fits, or send us an account from this page. A person replies, and we agree the approach with you before anyone contacts the customer.

Bring the agent you want in front of people.

Whether it is a first assistant or one already live that needs to do more, the first conversation is about what it should resolve and for whom.

We talk with you first. Nothing reaches the customer until we have agreed the approach together.

Read only by the people who handle partner accounts. It subscribes you to nothing.
