Overview

5G technology promises to “usher in an era where the wireless Internet of Things (IoT) will provide new capabilities that enable entirely new devices and use cases to automate aspects of our lives.” This Briefing will examine the nature of 5G, how it might deal with ever-increasing volumes and varieties of data, and the access and cybersecurity challenges 5G might present. Topics to be discussed include:
